Target my house hack as an individual or as a wholesaler?
Hey BP world! First post so please bare with me!
Needing a little input on how to target properties in a neighborhood that'll support my house hack model. As mentioned, I've found a neighborhood in my market that'll support my house hack model (outside city limits, large lots, lower taxes, low restrictions). It's a working class neighborhood consisting of 130-150 frame and mobile homes. I just recently launched a wholesaling business. I'm a little unclear if I should target properties as an individual or as a wholesaler. My mentor recommended I approach potential sellers as an individual. Part of my wants to be a little more professional and approach sellers as a wholesaler. Btw, I plan on using direct mail, door knocking and cold calling to reach potential sellers.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
