Looking to close first deal!

Hey guys I’m a new investor (wholesaling currently) here who hasn’t got their first deal closed! Yayy lol.. recently I’ve been cold calling, driving for dollars, social media marketing, and just started placing bandit signs out. I’m sure sooner or later if I continue to do what I’m doing I’ll get a deal closed but I need this process to speed up a little. What ways are the pro’s finding deals? How are you getting properties at such discounted rates? Where can I apply myself to see better faster results? Who should I talk to? I’m a pretty hard working individual so I’m ready to take on just about anything. I also like to work smart not hard at the same time so yea! Thankyou
