House Hacking with Fha Loans after College

So I'm an interior design student and I plan on finishing my degree at the end of Spring 2022 (around May).

I'm curious if it would be a good idea to try and get into a multi family (preferably 4 unit) home right after my degree ends, as I would be starting work as an Interior Designer right after. Will I be able to get he FHA loan during this kind of transition or should I wait until after I start work? I've read that sometimes college can count as work history in some way, especially if you're about to work in the field that you just studied.

Any advice is GREATLY appreciated. Being an interior Designer and hopefully one day a full Architect I feel its important to also be involved in investment properties and real estate as a whole.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing your feedback!
