Finishing a basement
Hey everyone,
so I’m brand new and ready to pull the trigger. I’m finding a lot of unfinished/partially finished basements with potential to add a bed & bath. That’s my potential value add along with the typical kitchen bath Reno upstairs. Was wondering if I need to pull permits to finish basements or add bedrooms? I want to run the numbers right if it would cost me xtra holding time and extra pricing.
I’m up in Saskatchewan Canada if that helps.
Thanks in advance, this site is the best!
