Buying a home with a business partner

I was hoping if there was any educational book, article, site. That someone could point me to, that can help me learn how to buy a house with a business partner. Right now we're trying to figure out how to come up with a contract to help protect both people in this potential purchase.  We've gone over what we're expecting out of buying a property together, and we're both on the same page on what we expect out of this potential deal.
