New investor looking for feedback on my proforma template

New investor here - I have been putting together a proforma template to start analyze deals, but wanted to see if someone with some success could possibly look at it and tell me their opinion.  I think I have captured all of the inputs I will need as well as the returns I would be looking for, but would love another opinion as to what I may be lacking or if there is anything that might be smart to change.  I am currently looking for 2-4 unit deals if that helps when looking at this.
