Rental property came with tenant
Hello all! I recently closed on a duplex that was a bank REO. This property came with a tenant. Tenant appears to be unresponsive after a few attempts to reach out in order to sign a new lease since they are on month to month basis. They expressed their desire to stay in the property. Supposedly they have been up to day on their rent payments to the bank.
Any suggestions on how to handle a situation like that?
