After months of listening to post cast, using the bigger pocket calculator and creating a goal for 90 days. I purchase my first ( 2 unit) investment property. The plan is to complete the BRRR strategy after the renovation is complete.

The purchased price was $135k

Repair budget $50K

ARV: ~$330K

Unit 2- 4 bedrooms with a section tenant will go for ~$1300 to $1500

Unit1- 3 bedroom will go for ~$1250+

I am super excited and hope my first deal will be a good one. I could never be too careful. Thanks to many of the stories I have read, do's and don't from other investors, I hope this will be a great success story to tell in a couple of months. I am creating this post just to say thank you.
