Church Hill TN, a good place to start?

Hello All

I'm a new investor and currently live in upstate NY but we are potentially looking into moving south in the next couple years. We are considering East Tennessee. I have recently came across a potential opportunity and am looking for some expertise/advice as I am new to not only investing but also long distance. I haven't connected with anyone in that area yet. It is a single family home in Church Hill TN, first question is this a good area? It is near a local school and main road. It is not to far from Johnson City. 3/1.5 house with a detached garage. Half an acre lot. Asking price is 120k. Second question does anyone have any recommendations for realtor, inspector, property management, contractor in that area? Anything to be careful of or worried about in that area?  Any advice or thoughts are appreciated.
