Preforeclosures...

Hi everyone,

I'm new to investing in property and want to start out in preforeclosures. I understand there are high risks involved in this particular niche but the rewards seem quite worthwhile.

How can I start out in this particular niche. Another problem is that I'm currently living in Canada but want to invest in the US.

Any advice?? Much appreciated in advance!
