After Further investigation this man is a SCAMMER. He has been legally banned from doing any business in California because of a illegal action on his behalf. He has scammed many other people who have even created a facebook group of people who have been scammed by him. He tries to convince people with false HUD statements about his profits. If he starts using a different name or if anyone knows how to get him for what he has done. He might even send you a google drive from it because that is what he did for me.
