$100k to invest - buy 1 in full or multiple properties or BRRR
I am wondering what the community recommends. If a person has approximately $100k to invest - would you:
1) buy a property with all cash
2) buy multiple properties using loans to expand leverage
3) look for BRRR opportunities?
I am leaning toward option 2 to leverage and create cash flow.
