Advice for interested Real estate investor

Joseph Smith
Posted

Hi everyone. I have definitely been accumulating a lot of knowledge from these forums and books, and I think I am ready to pull the trigger on REI. But my one hesitation is that fact that I will looking into selling my current primary residence and moving my family into a different home in the next few months. We have lived at my current home for about 6 years and are looking to get something bigger and in a better school district (for my son). Thinking if it is best to start my REI journey after taking care of my primary residence? What do you think is the best strategy here? Just looking for some insight.

Thanks for your help!
