Is it difficult to get finance for a brand new LLC?

Myself and few buddies of mine planning to buy our first investment property... mostly SFR. We all are on W-2's and to keep accounting simple between us, we are thinking to open an LLC.

Have few questions?

- First, is this the right way to proceed by creating a LLC?

- Where to approach for mortgage loans?
