Mailers as an owner/agent

Hi! First post but not new. I am a new owner/agent but have been an investor for several years. Went ahead and got my license this fall. I do buy/hold SFH and small multi families. I've also PM them until recently. I've been successful in off market deals but wanted to know if any other owner/agents do direct mail for their portfolios or just new clients?? Is their a tactful way to merge the two. Would love to hear someone's ideas as to not reinvent the wheel. Thanks!!!
