How to estimate repair cost for homes?

So i recently got into wholesaling and I was trying to estimate the cost of houses and what are the 'below market price' for them. I came across an issue though, I am still unfamiliar with the real estate market and I don't know how to estimate the cost to for investors to flip houses (Which can determine what should my asking price for foreclose houses are). Any advice?
