I have a list of properties and I am ready to call agents. Any advice on do’s and dont’s is very appreciated! I’m very nervous about this but also very excited. Any verbiage I should definitely use when talking to the agent? Any questions I should be asking? Thank you!

Why are you calling agents?

Your best luck to get a wholesale deal is to market to off market properties and talk directly with the owner. 

It'll be tough to find wholesale deals on the MLS because the agents won't want to work with a wholesaler.
