17 Year Old looking to grow Net Worth for ability to retire

I really want to get started investing in real estate to build my net worth. Im primarily want the ability to retire and be financially free. I don't want to never work, I just want the option to be able to not work, and focus on more meaningful and passion projects of mine. Whats the best way to get started at 17 to set myself up for a future in real estate investing? Currently have 5,000 in savings for a car, 4,700 in index funds, and 2,300 in index funds in a Roth IRA.
