Hello all! Rookie investor here who jumped in last year and purchased a duplex in Sacramento, CA that, fortunately enough, I was able to refinance and pull half of my investment capital back - let's call it half-a-BRRRR. There was a ton I did not know then and still a lot I don't know now, but thanks to BP and Mr Greene's books, I'm able to take gradual steps forward and would like to expand my rental portfolio.
