Hi everyone, My name is Kabir and I’m looking to start my real estate journey by acquiring a Two-Family with a finished basement in the Jersey City area of New Jersey.

I plan to live in the basement as I have a full time job and rent out the other two units. I have started putting my team together, gotten prequalified and started shopping. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
