FL - current Max Bid, Final Judgement Amount, Plaintiff Max Bid

New to real estate foreclosure bidding and would like some clarity on what these are. "Amount" seems to be the amount of money the property was won for (open to being wrong), in the bidding sense. But what happens to the Max Bid and the Final Judgement Amount?

Are those still required to be paid? Is the amount you bid an addition to the Max Bid/Final Judgement Amount?

Or am I completely wrong about any of this? (LOL)

Please help! Thanks!

@Jorge Medina No....what a bidder bids is All they pay...... the max bid doesn’t get added, it’s not really a current “bid”, it just tells you how High the foreclosing lender Will bid.

In your example, some bidder bid $19,800, so the bank bid $19,900 and got the property back.  It is Useless to bid lower than the shown max bid....this bidder didn’t know that or ignored it.
