Didnt get fired but hours reduce can I still get a loan?

I am looking to purchase my first rental property but I'm not confident my current situation at work would help me landing a loan. I was fortunate enough to not get furloughed or fired but my house have been drastically reduced. What is the likely that i would be able to get a loan?

@Jeffrey Dieudonne If your still considered full time, your income can still be used. Have you spoken with a lender or local bank yet, you can get a pre-approval to let you know your options.
