New to real estate, advice needed for Birmingham market

I am new to real estate and thought to reach out for some advice from investors within the Birmingham market. In all transparency, I am looking to create a team for myself due to the fact that I live in California and wanting to invest in an out-of-state market. Greatly appreciate recommendations for real estate agents, contractors, property managers, investors, and any other pieces of information that will be helpful!

In all transparency, I’ve just started about two weeks ago and within my research Birmingham was always a top market. With that being said, I decided on starting with a market that seem consistent yet affordable. Cleveland Ohio was another market I was interested in too. @Dan Barli
