RE Business Processes

Trying to work with my team and treat the business more as a "business"  For processes and checklists, where are you all handling this?  Spreadshseet checklists on Dropbox or have you found a better solution?  We are currently a team of 3 with only a couple of properties, so affordability is key, but we want to set it up right to scale.
