Real Estate "contract" needed.
I'm buying a For Sale By Owner property. My hard money lender needs a contract submitted w/ loan request. Where can i find an official Texas Real Estate Contract? Regards, Kevin

@Kevin Turano Google is your friend. Texas real estate commision has pdf's of the contract. As of right now you are not buying anything until you have a signed contract by both parties.
