Where to find mentors in NC?

Hello Bigger Pockets community, I am new real estate agent looking for mentors in the NC Triad area. My goal in real estate is to create at least 10k a month in passive income so my dad can finally retire. I’m hoping to find a mentor who could help guide me through my real estate journey. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago that ate up all of my start up money, so I have been researching wholesaling but am struggling to find buyers or an established wholesaler to do a joint venture with. Any advice would be much appreciated. Also I am a licensed North Carolina real estate agent with 4 years experience in the construction industry with trade school training in hvac, plumbing, and electrical.
