Hi all, I am newer to real estate investing and have found some great cash flow deals in Granite City, IL. I am having a bit of trouble coming up with finances which is a bit frustrating. I just wanted to touch base to see if anyone has any advice on where to go from here/tips on how to strike my first deal. I know I need to be patient as I am still in the education phase but any pointer would be much appreciated.
