Owner Occupied Dup/Triplex in FL

Hello all,

I am looking follow the advice of many of your here and purchase a dup/triplex with FHA financing and live in one of the units. I live in Miami Beach where the prices are sky high and the numbers don't work in my opinion. that said, since covid I am abel to work remotely and I am open to relocating for the right property. I'd like to stay in FL but I am willing to move for a year to get the right property.

I am wondering which states or counties are best to search into?
