Okay BP family. I purchased a Foreclosure investing course from a known or so-called (maybe not) investor. At first, everything seemed great and the information was good (in theory). I feel like I can learn a few things from this course, however, I also feel like this has been nothing more than a theory feeding and not reality. I am extremely serious about investing in real estate and I'm starting to get a little discouraged. I KNOW that some properties can be purchased with little to no money of your own but I just need to know how its done. No more theoritical examples and huge what-ifs. Does anyone have any advice or has any one actually bought property with no money of their own and what was your exit strategy (for profit) with your property?
