Hello BP Community! I happened to stumble upon this amazing forum yesterday, and have already learned so much from reading through all of the invaluable info!

I am currently interested in purchasing my first rental property, and am contemplating taking out a loan from the equity of my current residence. Before I start this process, I am making sure I do plenty of internal research.

I am hoping this community can provide some helpful information on how to go about this process, and some valuable lessons they have learned on the way! Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I look forward to connecting with many of you.
