Best Contractor to Replace an old HVAC unit in Northern, Virginia

Our Goodman hvac unit seems to have a leak in the refrigerant. Specifically R-22 and is about 15 years old. I am looking for recommendations on a good contractor to fix or replace our unit here in the Northern Virginia (Alexandria). We plan to turn this unit into a rental property in the next year or two so I am looking for someone dependable to protect our investment. Thanks in advance!
