Young investor with 1 property looking to expand

My name is Jordan and I got my first rental property when I was 21. I just turned 24 and over the last couple years I’ve been reinvesting the rental income to improve the equity of the property and using the time to improve my credit. Lately I have been starting to save the rent and my credit is in a better position. I’m wanting to expand and start acquiring more rental properties but don’t have the capital to fund doing that. I would like to get into doing this full time in the future but I have to get the ball rolling first. Is there any advice/guidance/tips that anyone could provide to help me start moving in the right direction? I find myself getting caught up in analysis paralysis at times. I guess you could say I’m looking for some advice to get to the 2nd and 3rd property and getting over that initial hump of starting in the rental property field. I know the the first steps are the hardest to take and if I can get those I going I know I can move at a steady pace from there
