While listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast I came across a 2 part podcast with Marcus Maloney.
These 2 podcast resonated with me and because of that, I decided to reach out to Mr. Maloney.

Mr. Maloney had a Free 15 min consultation with me. He provided me with some valuable information and piece of mind. He was very friendly and answered all my questions, he didn't charge me for anything and didn't try to sell me on anything, he even gave me some take away information and action items. I truly appreciated that.

If you are having any roadblocks and need to speak with someone that know what they are doing and can point you in the right direction, I strongly recommended reaching out to him.
