House Hacking Question. How Do You Find Multi-Family Places..

I'm at a point in my life where I would like to own my own place, and House Hacking would be my best option.

I understand that I can buy a single-family home and rent any extra rooms out. However, I am also at the point where I would like to have my own space.

Duplexes, Triplexes & Fourplexes are pretty easy to find on Redfin & Zillow. However, they are always occupied with renters. How do I find a multi-family that has at least one open unit?
