Buying a Property in Bankruptcy

Hello BP forums,

I'm gearing up to buy my first buy and hold property, and I've come across a nice house that is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Does anyone out there have any experience buying properties in bankruptcy? I'm trying to figure out what that process is and how to move forward. Thanks!
