Questions about Wholesaling

Zeb Little
Posted

Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to the world of Real Estate but have listened to a bit of the podcast. As of now i do believe that wholesaling is the best way to get started in my situation but I have a couple of questions.

I currently work overnight which is definitely a bit of a hurtle to jump when getting started. I was curious if anyone else who may have had a similar work/sleep schedule had any advice on getting started and working around the sleep schedule.

I was also going to ask if working for a company might have the potential to allow me to move straight in to the business full time to avoid the hurtle?

as far as working for a company goes i am more interested in the investment side more so than being an agent but am not quit sure what wholesale related jobs are out there or if becoming an agent may be a better way to start.
