Advice For a Future Real Estate Investor

Aaron V.
Posted

I’m currently 19 years old and have a passion for Real Estate. I’m in my second year of University studying Criminology but I always had a passion for the Real Estate business.

Im saving majority of my part-time job income, investing some into stocks every month. I listen to the BP Podcast every morning during my workout and absorbing as much ch information as I possibly can.

I live in a city were the prices of a detached house are costing an average of $700k CAD. I want to get into flipping or a cashflow rental as soon as I possibly can to get the experience and knowledge.

Is there any insider information or advice you could tell me to help me out on my journey. I appreciate all the help

Good things happen to good people, God bless you all and please stay safe during this pandemic

Thanks,

Aaron
