Looking for deals in the Phoenix area!

Hello BP community,

I am a new real state investor looking for small multifamily deals in the Phoenix area, and I would like some guidance with regards to which area will be a good area to focus, how is the market at this time, and in general any tips that you can give me to get me started in a good way will be really appreciated!
