Hello everyone! As a provider, you have to lead in service. I like to follow these gentle rules:

**Make sure your client feels heard, appreciated and valued

**Make the process easy and without friction

**Sees quick action being taken regarding requests or issues.

**For clear and concise communication.

Carry on all, and have a great week!

    Hey Steven,

Are you still willing to refer your property manager. We are just getting into the Columbus market with a small duplex and live out of the country so we really need someone we can depend on.
