House hacking question
I was wondering if there is a way to calculate the CoC ROI using the house hacking strategy with the FHA loan because it doesn't seem like there is a way to have cash flow on the first year due to living in one of the units? Would you just calculate using year two? I'm wondering how to find out if you are getting a good deal.
