How do I find out who owns a property that isn’t listed for sale?

Found an interesting property that was sold in 2019. It is a possible 4 plex. How do I find out who the owner is so I can contact them?

In my state, I go to the Department of Assessments and Taxation (that's what it's called in MD). I search the address and it says who the owner is. Hopefully you have a similar system where you are looking.
