Multiple offers / competitive market

Hello hello, my husband and I made 7 offers this week , we have a lot of competition in 2 of them. Any advice?.

@Andrea White   Our best board certified real estate attorneys do not recommend escalation clauses in Texas...so be careful with that.   

Make everything in your offer strong.....more money, more down, more earnest money, use the seller's choice of title company if they have one, faster closing times, no option period, tighter financing approval times. Consider picking up some of the expenses a seller might normally pay like for survey or title....loose the home warranty....
