Corporate structure advice, new LLC. Bank Help, Loans, Credit

Hey guys,

To sum it all up, my family business owns multiple real estate properties in Mexico, Multifamily and commercial. We are now expanding to the US (we are US citizens) this year and want to be ready to start buying in 2021. I think that our credit history in Mexico won't really help us, so what are some tips from you guys to start getting ready to be able to have the credit or requirements to be able to purchase our first property (and get a good loan) January 2021 (with an LLC). Our business is going to be an LLC, so do you guys recommend any good banks to start out? We all have good credit under our personal names, but this will be a brand new LLC. We should have the LLC filed by the end of the month and our EIN soon as well.

Any tips helps, Thanks!
