Smart ways to invest in real estate if still have med school debt

Early career family physician, out of residency 4 years. Still with med school loans.

Making a life change and planning to move to New Zealand for a few years for my sanity.

Is it possible to still be an investor if I move overseas? I’m learning about real estate investing and reading books and listening to podcasts. Even starting some passive investing using Fundrise. Would greatly appreciate if anyone has any thoughts. Thanks for reading.

Jess
