Hello! I have been listening to the podcast for a while now and listening to every audiobook on real estate investing I can find. I am finally starting to get serious about investing. Haha yeah I realize that is probably a good way to make enemies but it’d be rather awkward if I invited someone out for coffee and didn’t have any. I mean I’ll go and get a hot cocoa or something if it’s that important to you! 😂😂
