Newbie Looking in East Texas or Shreveport

Robert Henderson
Posted

I am a newbie looking to get into real estate investing. We are currently looking in the Longview or Shreveport markets. Does anyone have any insight on where we need to avoid in Shreveport? I see a lot of distressed properties, but I want to make sure we purchase in an area that we can see a return on our money. I’m Looking more towards B and C class properties at the moment. Also any leads to wholesalers, agents, or property managers is greatly appreciated!
