West Palm Beach Airbnb

Hello Everyone, 

I just recently moved to West Palm Beach, FL from Rochester, NY. I'm 23 years old. I just moved into an apartment which costs $1200/mo. I had to pay $3600 in order to move in. My question is could I grab another apartment right now with the initial cost of $3600 and throw it up on Airbnb? Is this smart? 

I would appreciate any response. Thank you.
