Small Business Loans to Start RE Business?

I was looking for different ways to finance real estate deals for the time being. I was wondering if it is possible to fund real estate with a small business loan? I really want to explore the possibilities that I have to start. I do have an LLC, and I am currently looking for a good bank that I can open a business account with. I am looking for something more mobile-friendly as I travel with the Air Force constantly. I have been hit with setback after setback for the past 2 years. I welcome all feedback available with this post. My main question is the small business loan question, but any other advice is so greatly appreciated.
