New to investing DFW, TX

I’m interested in investing in Real Estate. I’m a busy professional, so goal is to do it with as little work on my end as possible. I know it will cut into my profit margins, but I highly value my free time outside if work. Ideally plan to invest about 120k of my own money each year - and would prefer to finance as many properties as possible given the current low interest rates.

I’d like to get connected to some sort of investing community here - and particularly would like to find a realtor who specializes in investment properties. Hoping there are others here from the DFW area that can help me get plugged in. I’m part of a few facebook groups, but it seems like it is mostly just wholesalers and scammers there, and not really interested in either.
