Need advice how to find an investor friendly attorney. Also, should I use an attorney in the local area where I'm investing? Or can I use an attorney local to me for each transaction?

@Brandon Johnson its nice for the seller if the attorney is local to them, but that is not always possible.  It think its more important that you have a relationship with your closing attorney.  Where ever they are, you keep them and communicate with them what you need for each transaction.  If they are not local then just do mail-away closings or send mobile notary.
